KITCHEN REMODEL

The homeowners contracted us to open up their existing kitchen and dining areas to create a new open floor plan. Two walls, brick columns and a brick and granite bar were removed which originally boxed in the kitchen and small breakfast dining area. Additionally, new custom upper cabinets were installed along with an expansive kitchen island with a beautiful quartz counter top. The existing floors were repaired and lightly scraped. Walls and all trim in the new areas were updated with a neutral palette. The existing door to the garage was moved to a side wall and the pantry doubled. New lighting was installed under and in the cabinets as well as over the island and kitchen sink. The resulting space lets in an abundance of natural light and completely opens up the area to accommodate large family gatherings. Our team thoroughly enjoyed working with these homeowners and videotaped the progress each week for our Facebook page. A gorgeous result and 5 1/2 weeks start to finish made for some very happy customers!
